All items purchased directly from www.JNamor.com website are returnable, subject to the exclusions listed below as “non-returnable, non-refundable”. Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. All returns and exchanges must be authorized and made within 14 calendar days from receipt of your shipment. If you return items to J Namor that are considered late and are past the policy time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in original condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and non-tampered originally attached security ribbon. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of perfume or other scents, and make-up free. Items purchased through third party websites are not returnable or refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, please allow 10 business days for completion.

Items must be returned at the customer's expense. It is strongly advised that you obtain proof of tracking, just in case your order is lost on its way back to J Namor facilities. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that we will have the same styles or desired size/color in-stock by the time your return is received. If we are unable to make an exchange, we will process the item as a return and issue you a store credit for use on a future purchase. Customer’s are responsible for shipping costs for their exchange.

Gift Cards

When you purchase a gift card, you’ll receive an email with a code for the value of your purchase. At checkout, enter your code in the specific fields and the value of your gift card will be deducted from your cart.
